Installation service (for large household products)
FORMAT VIETNAM JSC. provide installation service at customer’s home for FREE or FREE depending on the province of installation.
FREE: Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Ha Long, Da Nang, Can Tho, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria Vung Tau
CHARGES: The rest of the provinces
To use the installation service at home, customers directly contact the Call Center of FORMAT VIETNAM JSC. In case the Customer contacts the authorized Service Center of
FORMAT VIETNAM JSC., the Center must notify Call Center before performing the service. Authorized warranty center of FORMAT VIETNAM JSC. Set up an appointment so that the installation is most convenient for the Customer.
Installation includes instructions and advice for customers to use the product.
Installation unit price (for charge case) is as below table:

| Cost of labor to install Stove, Oven (baking, steaming, microwave, combination), Warming tray | _Check the suitability of the installation location (location, kitchen cabinet where the product needs to be installed) with the specifications. _ Check the product status before installation (components, if any, manual …) _ Check power/water/gas/gas leak/electrical leak _ Support to install a temporary ground wire if the conditions at the installation location allow (in case the electrical system has not been grounded). Connecting electricity, water, ventilation system _ Complete installation, test operation, product handover _ User manual _ Activate electronic warranty. |
